Viewing of the cattery is strictly by appointment only.
For school holiday bookings we do require a deposit as these are our peak times.
We do not refund the deposit if you should cancel for any reason. Should you wish to collect your cat earlier than originally booked in for, there is no refund for the extra days.
Cash, direct debit (2 Days prior to boarding), EFTPOS or Credit Card (2% surcharge applies). Payment is due in full when dropping your cats off.
